The first step of the build was to install the sound dampening and insulation.
- First layer is Kilmat 80 Mil
- Second layer is Thinsulate – I put in two layers.
- 3M Spray Adhesive “90”

Possibly a bit of overkill, but I had the material, and thought “couldn’t hurt!”

It satisfied my sense of order to make sure that the words on the Kilmat are all in the same direction.

All walls and ceiling covered. I didn’t stuff the upper raceway, leaving that open for adding the wiring that I hadn’t yet figured out.

Two layers all over. I probably should have removed the upper liner of the ‘pizza box’ and put some there, as well. Something for the future file.
